About Averon
We're the team companies call when their systems stop agreeing with each other.
Averon Solutions is an enterprise IT, software, and AI consulting company. The work spans ERP implementation, retail technology, custom development, data warehousing, and the AI products we build and operate ourselves - but almost every engagement starts the same way: something valuable is being done by hand because two systems were never properly introduced.
We're deliberately not a body shop and not a design agency. The people who scope your project are the people who deliver it, and most of them have spent years inside ERPs, warehouses, and retail back offices. It shows in the questions we ask - and in the ones we don't need to.

Four principles that survive contact with real projects.
Systems over heroics
A business that depends on one brilliant person doing nightly manual fixes is fragile, whoever employs the person. We build so that the boring path is the reliable one - monitored integrations, documented runbooks, alerts that fire before users notice.
Evidence before roadmap
Pilots that publish their numbers. Parallel runs before cutovers. Reconciliation reports finance can check. Expansion happens because the last phase proved itself, not because the proposal said so.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
If the data isn't clean enough for the dashboard you want, or a custom module will haunt your upgrades, you'll hear it in scoping - when it's cheap - not in month six, when it isn't.
Handover is not a threat to us
Source code in your repository, credentials in your vault, docs your team can follow. Clients stay because the work holds up, and that's the only retention mechanism we're comfortable with.
